Yup, here...on a boxing forum. But where it actually matters? Nope, they don't give a single fuck that he was a steroid cheat for God knows how many years. They give him a pass just like they do James Toney and a few others.

Cheating is cheating no matter what.

whether the fighter in question was aware that he was cheating and doing it on purpose makes a big difference in a lot of ppls minds.

i think ppl deserve the benefit of the doubt and there is a reasonable doubt concerning shanes awareness of steroids going into his body. any doubt concerning margarito knowing what was going on is far from reasonable.

you can argue about if fighters who got caught cheating deserve to be in the HOF, thats an argument for another thread though. margarito doesnt belong in the HOF regardless of the plaster incident, he just didnt accomplish enough.
