Is that what you chose to believe? Because Shane Mosley has not only been brought up as a cheat numerous times here, but there are some journalists who feel this way too. Most notably Dan Rafael who has said that he would not consider Mosley into the HOF because of his steroid usage.

Fact is, loading your gloves is a far more heinous thing to do than use PEDs. You won't go to prison for assault by taking PEDs, but you sure will by loading your gloves.

So stop generalizing all cheaters as the same.
