They weren't funny wraps, they were normal wraps just not done in the normal way. Which I guess could give him a slight advantage~

He didn't have loaded gloves~ loaded gloves is adding something. His hands were taped funny, which could have an effect I suppose but not the same effect as say putting plaster in your hand wraps~

Brother ****m went into the locker room and noticed that Tito had an abnormal amount of tape on his hands. They asked him to re-tape and Tito refused. Bouie Fisher (BHops trainer) came into the locker room and said if Titos hands weren't re-wrapped the fight was off. Eventually, they re-wrapped Titos hands, ****m was happy and the fight went on.

Hands are rewrapped all the time, didnt marg have to rewrap his hands 3 times against Cotto 2 or Pac? Its weird how this dumb story has people obsessed with it. Hands are rewrapped ALL the time. Plus the wrapping was deemed illegal in NY but legal in other states
