Matter of fact, I'm trying to remember when Tito has ever faced a pressure fighter with an iron chin like Margarito's. Answer might not be as clear cut as we think.

But that power though. Still give Tito the edge.

Please, Tito went up three divisions fearlessly, whilst Margarito meekly stayed at 147 for the greater part of his career. He's got NOTHING that would have given Tito problems, nothing. His chin would have been his downfall too.

First of all, Mosley knocking out Margarito has nothing to do with what Trinidad would do. Mosley had blazing fast handspeed that enabled him to land that many punches on Margarito. Trinidad did not have that kind of handspeed.

Trinidad's best bet would have been to outbox Margarito, he was not going to knock him out. Those talking about Margarito's handwraps, alright I understand he was a cheater, but he did not have plaster on his chin. No one can deny that a prime Margarito could take a punch from the hardest hitting WW's of 2005-2008 including Cintron, Cotto, Clottey, and he even took a lot of punches from Mosley, 50% power punches if i'm not mistaken, before he finally got brutally TKO'ed.

And please, don't even mention Mayorga when talking about why Margarito would get knocked out. Mayorga's chin is not as strong as people think. He was brutally stopped more than a few times in his career.

Respectfully disagree on Tito not stopping Margarito. You think Mosley has more power or equivalent to Tito? You think Cotto could have taken shots from Tito for more than 4-5 rounds? Hellz no. Tito would KO Cotto easily, and Cotto brushed off a couple of those Mosley bombs in their fight, the very same one that wobbled Mayweather. Not a chance, Margarito wouldn't last past the sixth round, he eats way too much leather.

He didn't have loaded gloves~ loaded gloves is adding something. His hands were taped funny, which could have an effect I suppose but not the same effect as say putting plaster in your hand wraps~
