Between these 2 I will always side with Ward. Floyd can be a real pos sometimes. Ward is a cool dude and grts **** done in the ring, no need to be classless like Mayweather. I ll ride with the SOG and I am anti religion.

Ward is obviously doing something right. Most folks consider him in the running for #1 P4P, and on top of that, Floyd Mayweather Jr. is talking about him, and Bernard Hopkins, after making history, ran over to him, and said he'd never fight him because he's too good. Ward is the ****in' man.

Ward is doing some things right, definitely. But Floyd raises some valid points about his popularity. Sure, he may be #1 P4P, but he's lacks the popularity of Pacquiao, Mayweather, Marquez, etc. The other huge point he made is that the time clock is ticking for Ward. He's not Canelo or Broners age.

Ward is that dude though, make no mistake about that.

When a young Champ cleans out an entire division the only way to knock him is by claiming "weak division" or"weak era". Some of you Floyd psychofans are so delusional. It's sad really that Floyd is so insecure. Daddy issues, Senior messed Junior up bad, all the money in the world can't mask his insecurities. I would. I'd expect Broner to be stalking behind one of the behemoth bodyguards, waiting for a chance to jump out of nowhere and start laughing at some corny joke Mayweather told, acting like there's nothing weird about him being there to begin with. Mayweather wouldn't bother to care, because someone was actually laughing at his corny jokes.

I don't often agree with Mayweather but he's spot on about this 'Son of God' pious facade. Ward is the dirtiest fighter in the game today ffs!!! And his love of fighting at home in California - hmm maybe that has something to do with the 'vitamins' he gets off Conte and Cali slackness in testing. Rather incredible that cut he got from the inside of a hradguard to delay the Froch fight which was outside of Cali for once wasn't it!!!!

Something rubbed WBC welterweight Floyd Mayweather Jr. the wrong way. During a recent interview with Fighthype.com, Mayweather took several shots at Andre Ward, the WBC/WBA super middleweight champion. Mayweather first took offense with Ward's nickname, S.O.G. [Son of God].

"He calls himself S.O.G. If I'm not mistaken, that stands for Son of God. Last time I checked, we're all God's children. When one fighter is facing another fighter, God don't choose sides. What's going to happen in life is going to happen. Everything is already planned out. Listen man, if you're going to be a pastor, go to church. If you're going to be a reverend, go to church. If you're going to be a boxer, be a boxer. I mean, one minute, they want to say all this S.O.G. stuff, and the next minute, they wanna go put tattoos on they body. I ain't never seen a pastor boxing. It's not a knock, it's the truth. It's so weak, we may get him fighting a 50 year old next. Ward is the truth though.
