I hate to say it but I think Hopkins needs OSDT this is too much at his age.

If Drake thadzi who was a club fighter and montel griffin could beat toney what would hopkins do to him? I think griffin was a hell of a fighter by the way

I'm ashamed I doubted Hopkins, the man is legendary....... have to say though Cloud offered very little, VERY LITTLE..... expected a much more aggressive performance from him.

kinda hard to be aggresive when you got the god of counter punching in front of you.

B-Hop fan here but this record of winning the title is diluted by the fact that he is fighting in a time where there are four champions per division. Archie Moore won the undisputed title, Foreman won the linear title Hopkins beating a average titlist like Cloud does not rank up there.

Cloud did not put enough pressure on Hopkins, that is why. I cant stand Cloud, he fought to Hopkins rythm but he should have been much more agressive and careless. But he did what he said he wouldnt do, let B-Hop dictate the pace and think to much. Facepalm on Cloud!

Agreed but Hopkins still holds the record for the oldest fighter to hold the Lineage anyway.
