Broner's 23. His trainer was saying how he could only come in at 141/142. So going down to 140 isn't out of the question. I wanted to see him fighting Burns or Abril at 135 though.

I think it's because most of his 140 threats, well, everyone has a fight. I don't think Haymon is gonna put together Garcia vs Broner either. And I'm not sure how even Beristain would feel about fighting Broner..
