Why isn't anyone calling for Garcia vs Matthyse?

Just like Pac-May and Gamboa-Lopez, except those fights the promoters would try and hype them up. GBP will not even speak of a possible Garcia-Lucas match up and people expect it to happen? Why wouldnt GBP talk about and try to hype up this possible match up which everyone wants if they planned on it happening or are trying to hype it up?

Who is every one? I mean I know if you make a poll asking do you want Matthysse-Garcia, you will get an overwhelming yes. But when we talk about a match up and say "everyone" wants to see it, we're talking on the level of, every one wants to see it, pay for it, and tickets will fly away in no time; i.e. Mayweather-Pacquiao, Wlad-Haye, Canelo-Trout, Marquez-Pacquiao IV, even Mayweather-Canelo later on in the year or May 2014. These are fights that "everyone" wants to see.


I can deal with Matthysse vs Peterson, and Garcia vs some one else. With a win over Peterson, Matthysse should be able to get the attention he craves. I'm just not impressed with his current wins. I don't think every one really wants to see Matthysse vs Garcia right now. I don't want it to marinate exactly, maybe just one more fight for both, win their next fights against Peterson and Judah respectively, and then Garcia-Matthysse would be much more natural. Right now it seems to be pushed by several fans even though Garcia literally just went from under-the-radar, "does nothing special", to "overrated" after his Khan (where he was a replacement opponent and heavy underdog) and Morales II KO's.

What has peterson accomplished exactly? Getting a roided out robbery to Khan?
Lets see, a roided out cheater getting a gift win is better then Matt getting robbed against judah, Devon and beating top 10 Ajose and Soto.

Only thing peterson has accomplished more is getting massive credit for losing to Khan

Everyone wants to see it, Mathysse has fought much better fighters than Garcia,with many W that have been robbed from him.

If Garcia beat Judah, that makes for Mathysse vs Garcia, f@k Peterson, he needs more fights after all his bs, but i bet Mathysse would fight him regardless.

I've always called it a robbery due to the ref taking points off and taking the win away from Khan. Ref's should NOT decide outcomes to fight and this is exactly what happend. The fight was very close tho and i could see it going to Khan or peterson and i scored it to Khan by a round i think.

This is exactly what people said after Morales 2 and Ajose. You're saying it now with judah and you will say it after Garcia doesnt fight Lucas after Judah either.
