But Matt needs to win his robberies to get fight but Judah gets embarrassed by Khan and gets a Garcia fight. This makes a lot of sense. Oh wait no it doesnt

Garcia is not the champ, he KTFO the #2 ranked JWW who was coming off a loss to peterson "the champ". Peterson of course wasnt the champ and Khan ever never the champ as well.

Lucas appears to be getting not Garcia, is what i see. Why dont you want him to fight Garcia, serious question. Its obvious you have some kind of nut huggery surrounded around him, you're doing your best not only to justify Garcia not facing Lucas instead of Judah but also Garcia not facing Lucas in his next fight. ANd you dont hate Lucas so you nut hug garcia then
zab won a fight after losing to khan. Again your exaggerating my post does nothing to move the conversation forward. you thought he won, I thought he lost to zab.

I dont have a problem with him fighting zab now instead of lucas. Ive explained why. I never said I dont want him to fight Lucas, thats your paranoia. I posted if he wins his next fight and garcia beats zab, then a garcia/lucas fight is appropriate.

Lucas will get another shot. Its not a big deal to me he isnt getting it now.

Matts (< no typo) maybe this is better for you?

I also want to see relevant fights, and the best one out there is obviously Garcia - Matthysse. All im saying is that whether LM is mando or hes IBF champ Goldenboy will already know if they are going to make to make the fight or not. My guess is that GB would move Garcia up to Welter and drop his belt before they put him in with a high risk low reward guy like Matthysse. At least this way as fans we get to see a relevant fight between Peterson and Matthysse rather than potentially seeing jack.

i'd considered as much. but in that event, Mythysse (< no typo) would at least be fighting for something more closely resembling a championship, even if vacant. Peterson-Matthysse is a good fight, but Peterson's title -- which is the motive for Lucas to give up his spot and fight Lamont -- is dubious as all get out (no need to explain why).

He beat Paris a nobody. This gets people fights with Garcia? Simply Laughable

You're recommending Lucas fight Maidana next, who isnt even at 140 or ranked at 147. You're reasons for why Its ok for him to fight judah range from that Judah beat paris in an eliminator for the right. Then because he choose the winner of Judah-Lucas. Then because lucas isnt winning. None of your reasons make sense, they are all ducking reason. Any way you put it, Lucas deserves this fight more then judah, unless of course the Lucas-Judah fight 3 years ago was an eliminator.

A Garcia/Lucas fight is appropriate? Well thats a surprise, you using ambiguous statement about a fight that needs to happen, a 140 pound championship. You'll say anything is "appropriate". If he doesnt fight him next, its a duck plan and simple

so beating vernon parris to earn the fight is laughable but beating mike dallas jr, a replacement for hank lundy, is cool? ok.

i'm not recommending he fight maidana next, i said it seems its either petersen or maidan next. should he win then a fight with the zab garcia winner is fine.

No lucas doesnt deserve it more-its about equal. Of course garcia chose zab in part because he is the bigger name and is a brooklyn fighter. If Lucas had beat zab this discussion would be moot.

Matthysse blew his initial chance and now he has to wait. So the **** what? He stepped up and didn't do what GBP expected. So he has a long road back in part because he doesn't have a big fanbase and is low reward high risk.

Danny stepped up and ran with his opportunity. Danny won is step up fight, Lucas didn't. You make valid points about the devon fight. the rest of it is whining because a guy you like has to wait because he lost.

Next time win the step up fight like Danny Garcia did.

The only people not calling for it are the less confident Garcia fans. Everyone else does want it.

Those 2 fights are at the same level. But note to Dunn, Judah was KO'd the fight before and Lucas wasnt. Not only did he not legitimately loss after Judah but he beat the better fighters.

No lucas deserves it more. What does Lucas beating judah have anything to do with anything? Khan just embarrassed Judah and a year later he gets a Garcia fight. Judah-Lucas has no impact on this fight whatsoever, just like losing to Maidana had no impact on Floyd choosing Ortiz.
Matthysse blew his initial chance and now he has to wait. So the **** what? He stepped up and didn't do what GBP expected. So he has a long road back in part because he doesn't have a big fanbase and is low reward high risk.
Where is Judah's long road back from his embarrassment to Khan? Oh wait him being from Brooklyn and a high reward-low risk fight is why he's fighting Garcia next. Oh well thats not a duck at all, pick the lower ranked -lower risk fighter over the better ranked fighter who most think you will lose too.

Cong**** for Danny, he stepped up and beat Khan, cant take anything away from him. Now fight the division's best top ranked fighter. Lucas has stepped up, he beat better fighters then anyone else. You're complaining about stepping up, so when did Judah step up in his loss to khan? Yup that was it, he stepped to his feet after crying about a fake low blow. Thats the only stepping up he did

People just continue to say the ******est **** about Matthysse. If you honestly try and pretend that Lucas has lost both the times he stepped up, then you aren't worth talking to about the man. For some reason, you have a bias against him.

The fight will happen, the Judah-Garcia fight is a waste of time though.
