Well they both get a lot of extra cash for fighting someone they already fought with 4 times. I wouldn't be surprise if they hung out between fights and chatted about eachothers style or something

Don't get me wrong, there are surely some who have beat the system but there are enough big names getting caught out to justify reasonable faith in stringent testing imo.
Holyfield's ****** ass never tested positive. He just made it patently obvious that he was.

I admit that is more of a list than I remembered, but the only ones that stand out to me (at the time they tested positive) would be Toney, Vargas and Roy Jones.

        Klitschko was still an amateur.

I still believe that, like with cycling, the guys at the top have access to guys with the knowledge which allows them to bypass the test. So why wouldn't they? I can hardly blame them.

Hopefully there are some real waves which changes the testing situation for the better, but until then, I'm not going to put much stock into it.

And if he fought Rios in Mexico that would generate big Dollars..

Pac is actually the one who needs Marquez, too generate the dollars he has been making .. Hes coming off two straight losses..

Marquez will generate enough money without Pac from here on out.. Not as large of an amount, but if hes able to beat these guys after KO'ing Pac to me its a much bigger accomplishment..
Everybody knows Bradley lost to Pacquaio and Pac has 2 wins vs Marquez 1 win over Pac. Marquez vs Bradley (or against another opponents) will never earn the kind of money than them against Pac. Not to mention both can't afford to lose one another's if they don't want to throw away their highest payday if they rematch Pac.

If manny ko's him then it'll increase his legacy for over coming his greatest rival after being KO 'd by him.

If Marquez wins then idk it'll be good for him to tho. At least bank wise.

PAC needs this fight and the Bradley fight and they both have to be dominating wins.

A knockout is a knockout. It renders the cards irrelevant. Especially considering Manny was only up by one or two rounds.

Although if you want to get cute, Manny suffered a rather serious knockdown in the 6th round. Marquez would be up on the cards if you were scoring it at the time of the stoppage.

This wasn't a cuts stoppage, this was a brutal one punch KO that Marquez had already started hitting Manny with repeatedly.

They are when they are one punch knockouts.

If Manny had knocked out Marquez, no-one would want a rematch.

You can score any of the first three eitherway. I scored the first and third for Marquez, the second for Manny.

The fourth, you cannot give to Manny.

              That's conclusive.

This seems like grasping at the straws, rather badly.

Whatever they are on, I'm damn sure Memo and Ariza have the expertise to avoid testing positive.

That's the game right now. Hope it changes in the future, but it's the truth.
That's fair. If I'd was less of a Pac fan, I'd also wish for him retiring. But you gotta remember all these guys are prizefighters. JMM has never made superstar money like Pac. You're asking him to walk away and rip up the winning ticket. He's not in the RJJ/Toney territory here.

                arum is no fool...

he won't last as a big time promoter if he is not wise with his money....

and being wise with his money means he is putting up fights that people go to see...

                that people pay to see...

and in the process many other people benefit too...fighters, trainers etc...
