Sam Peter vs Wladimir Klitschko 2... Notice something similar?

Exactly the same head pong style defence and march forward offence. Only real difference is that Samuel Peter is 30lbs heftier, can punch about 5 times harder and can take a 3 times harder punch than Frazier!

    THAT'S the reality!

And Wladimir WASTED this Peter in that fight, the style failed for Peter, imagine how a featherfisted, half blind, out of shape dwarf would fare against Wlad?

It has been played out before. See Frazier vs George Foreman!

I am afraid I have to agree with my German friend again. Today's HW scene does have talent.

On Fury he is better than given credit for and improving.

Look back 15 years to Michael Grant, 30-0 or something, a giant super athlete and looked upon as the next big thing until he struggled with Golota and Lewis destroyed him. This guy was a top opponent of the 90's and in mty judgement Tyson Fury is much better than Michael Grant! Anybody disagree?

      Fury KO Grant!

Haye will likely bash Fury to a pulp but Haye is a brilliant HW and a shoe in for champ in previous eras. It is worth mentioning that Fury's size and power DOES afford him a decent punchers chance against Haye, which is why David is taking him seriously.

Don't tell me Fury being a top contender is a sign of a weak era because it's flat out BS.

Frazier being HW champ is a sign of a weak era, that is CERTAINLY true!

And people say Wlad has no inside game. It was an uppercut that finished Peter.

Vitali totally dismantled Peter in a more impressive way in my opinion. I am really hoping for a last fight against Haye!

Me too, although it seems more and more unlikely to happen.

You do realize that tommo is the same guy that thinks Ali would get his ass kicked by Rahman who according to tommo is superior to ali in EVERY way? If I were you I wouldn't associate yourself with him if you want to be taken seriously.

Well now House that is just a lie to discredit someones opinion who doesn't agree with you. I actually do rate Ali in the same league, what I wont do is push Ali ahead of guys like Rahman for no valid reason. Hasim Rahman vs Ali would not be a blow out, like it or not! Fact is Rahman is a boxer of decent skills and good power, not a weak opponent like much on Ali's resume. So to say he would blitz Rahman is against the actual achievements of the real Ali.

I do not care for his fame or his legend only for who these guys actually are/were.

I think it is shameful that you have to belittle good boxers to serve your own agenda.

I don't care what nationality the Klitchko's are or anything other than the fact that they are awesome boxers!

Peter and Haye were great opponents, more dangerous than other highly decorated ones. You try to discredit these wins by the Klitschko's to try bummify them which is really sad imo. Do you think these guys just lift weights and don't know how to box anymore?

Only in boxing are some fans so naïve!

Agreed. Vitali did dispatch Peter more impressively!

Rahman? The guy who beat an overconfident Lewis with a lucky haymaker? And then he got humiliated in the rematch? He has a good chance against Ali? I suppose next you're going to tell me Povetkin would have been a champion in Ali's era.

Seriously, just stop posting before you embarrass yourself any further.

Please, enlighten me. Tell me what opponents Wlad or Vitali have faced that compare to Ali's opponents.
