Lewis' legacy will be defeating everyone he fought as a pro and retiring as champion.
You gotta admit he should have given the rematch. He clearly avoided that. He told Larry straight after the fight he would rematch 'if the money is right', and surely there would have been even more dollars involved in the rematch.

A clear duck by the great Lennox Lewis.

To be honest with you, nobody aside from Klitschko fans gave a fine fuck whether he gave Vitali a rematch or not. That is certainly not what he'll be remembered for.

He gave him a shot and Vits couldnt seal the deal. A rematch would have been but he owed him nothing. And if you want to take the money route as a duck than you can say Vittles is is ducking Haye for a career high payday. Difference is Lewis actually gave Klit a chance.

Vitali might still fight Haye, as Vitali has genuine balls, unlike Lennox.

"Might"? Lewis actually DID. And we all remember Vits showing his "genuine balls" when quitting against little Chris Byrd and never seeking a rematch. In your world it's ok to quit and not rematch but somehow winning and retiring is wrong. Child, please!!

Quitting against Byrd? Trolling again old Joe.

I put no blame on Lewis for retiring, but it was a blatant duck, any boxing expert will tell you that, and you know it.

Hey Jab, one general question out of curiosity

Is there any particular reason you don't like Vitali? I mean it seems to me that you are much more fond on Wlad so it's not like they come "in package"...
We all agree Wlad achieved much more, but it seems to me that you generally dislike Vitali more regardless of his achievements. Is it because of all this Lennox-Vitali discussions that are going on for years?

Oh, he didn't quit against Byrd? He didn't say at the end of the 9th round "we're quitting, it hurts to much"? Yeah, Vittles has "genuine balls" alright!

                      Who's Joe?

Lewis had already planned on retiring. Do I really need to paste the link where he says he wants one more super fight with either Vitly-do or Roy Jones?
