      Pretty ****** logic.

Ruben Carters win over Emile Griffith is one of THE greatest wins in the history of the sport.

Better than absolutely any single win that Mayweather, Pacquaio, Whitaker, Roy Jones, Holyfield holds and the list goes on and on and on and on.

Would anyone say Ruben Carter is greater than any of those fighters? No, of course not. ****** way to look at it.
Hey man. who's that in your sig? Is that Issac Smith?

      He a g

As far as a complete list of wins and where those guys were at the times, he is Top 5.

Only Whitaker, Holyfield, and Pacquiao slightly are clearly above Floyd the last 25 years. Hopkins and Lewis are debatable, but let's list those wins.

Hopkins beat Mercado, Jackson, Holmes, Trinidad, Daniels, Joppy, Allen, De La Hoya, Eastman, Tarver, Wright, Pavlik, and Pascal.

Lewis beat Ruddock, Tucker, Bruno, Jackson, McCall, Akinwande, Golota, Briggs, Holyfield, Grant, Botha, Rahman, and Vitali. I don't give him credit for Tyson, Mike hadn't done anything of note in like 4 years by 2002.

Foyd has beat Genaro, Manfredy, Corrales, C. Hernandez, Chavez, Castillo, Gatti, Judah, Baldomir, De La Hoya, Hatton, Marquez, Mosley, Ortiz, and Cotto.

I may actually give him an edge over Lewis, and it's debatable with Hopkins.

And as far as the others possibly up there....Tyson, Toney, Jones, De La Hoya, Marquez, Barrera, Morales, Floyd has a better list of wins than those guys.

Hey 4corners. Sup man. I like your posts

Can I ask you a question?

Can you list Floyd's top 5 wins in your opinion?

        Thanks

What does Floyd have to do to get your respect?

He never necessarily had a great beginning career but till the later part was he suddenly recognized. Yes, his moving up in weight was good but I'm with Atlas when he says it is nowhere as impressive as middle moving to heavyweight or like Robinson moving from welterweight to heavyweight (though never winning a heavyweight title).
Trying to drag Pac resume to Floyd's level is not gonna work dude. You said Pac never had a great beginning in his career showed how clueless you are. Did you know Pac was already a WBC champ and a lineal champ at the age of 19? Did you know by the age of 24 he was already a 3 weight divisions champ and 2 lineal champ beating the best fighters in those divisions (Sasakul 112, Ledwaba 122, Barrera 126). How many 24 year old boxers have belts in 3 weight divisions and 2 lineal titles in boxing history? I forgot Pac also started PRO boxing at 16, maybe as young as 15. Oh yeah Pac never had a great beginning my ass.

No surprise though. You rated Floyd highly as your current top 1 fighter base on what? Because of his 4 fights in the last 6 years against...

                  weight cheated lightweight Marquez
                  grandpa Mosley
                  sucker punched Ortiz
                  past prime Cotto

                  right? LMAO

Yup... As he is getting older, doesnt look like his quality of opponents is gonna improve either.

                    • Why is it every time someone honestly looks at Floyd's resume, people say they are hating. Blame Floyd for the vote being 79% against, not all boxing fans.
