Julio can scrap. This is excessive for MJ. If it was a PED...okay.Anyone who thinks this kid can't fight is nuts. Can't wait to see Sergio v Chavez II. My house was so loud for the 11th and 12th round.i can still hear myself screaming 'get up Sergio."

1 blunt 4 weeks before the fight would show up on a drug test.
THC stays in your system for a loooooong time.
If this is how much Jr. got fined for smoking MJ then Peterson and Mosley should have been fined millions if not outright banned from the sport.

It's no different than drinking too much cough medicine. **** will **** you up if you do it the wrong way or take too much (i.e. Lil Wayne). lol
Weed won't even do that but anything is bad for you if you abuse it. Doesn’t mean it should be illegal just punched in the face for abusing it. lol
However the rules state you can't use it. Pretty ****** considering you can smoke cigars or cigarettes. They both **** up your lungs, the REAL damage it does to a boxer IMO. Yet we can keep on smoking them cancer sticks all day BUT...... Weed.....OMG.. it's the devil. lol RUUUUUUUUUUN!

The difference between the benefits of MJ and Testosterone in a boxing match is like the difference between a pillow and a metal bat in a street fight.

He didn't listen. It’s not so much about the substances on the list, but that he did not follow the one simple rule.
People can argue whether weed is bad or not but again there was a list of substances that is prohibited. He didn’t respect the rules so they charged him a percentage of his purse.
Remember this is not the first time he ignored this list of banned substances. Anyway this is not about weed, but about a kid who has shown a trend of not following rules.
If this was just about weed, I have no problem with it. lol

It's one of those contradicting laws. Hopefully in the coming years more States make it legal.
However it will probably still be illegal in sports, while having Alcohol, cigarettes and Cigars perfectly legal and promoted during events.
