It is not a PED but it is a banned substance. I Like the stance NSAC has taken, but only if they continue this going forward for other fighters who fail tests in their jurisdiction. It is one thing to fail somewhere else, then fail in nevada later, but he failed twice under the same commission!

This is the type of thing that will help deter the use of banned substances, when the punishment actually outweighs the risk.

Again, not saying Chavez cheated by smoking weed, but the use of banned substances is the bigger picture here, of which Chavez is a REPEAT offender under in the Nevada commission. Maybe they can use the money to do better drug testing all around.

I don't mind a suspension and/or a fine but this punishment is kinda harsh IMO.

Did the Neveda commission take into Chavez has to pay his team and the state of Ca, before he gets his share of the pie?

State, City, IRS combined presently amount to 41.9%......And the Roach probably gets 10%. The report says that the large fine was caused by his previous conviction. Since he paid for his previous conviction by suspension and fine, it seems very harsh to use it to levy an enormous fine.

no its not why should evertime be the same the more time you get caught the harsher the punshiment should be
