Pretty harsh just for some Weed but this ain't the first time Chavez has gotten busted for a banned substance.
Hopefully he doesn't again, or the 3rd punishment will be worse.

Chavez Jr. Didn't take a Steriod but a natural herbal medicine. It didn't enhance his performance a bit. It most likely mellowed him out which may have caused him to have a slow start. He only became really hungry and eager to fight in the last round.

what does this have to do with peterson? and yes he was...this chaves dude got what he deserved he got away with not getting tested in 2 fights in texas and once he fights in vegas and he gets caught

For All You Saying "It's Just Weed"

No one forced him to fight in a sate that bars smoking weed. He is the one who made that choice and then decided to break their rules.

If he wants to smoke weed then he can fight in Mexico, not in the US, and miss out on the millions of dollars and exposure that comes with it. If he wants that money and exposure then he can play by the rules they set.

No one is making him fight under the NSAC rules. He voluntarily made the choice.

dude shut up...regular people depending on where they are can get 3months plus for fighting but an nba or nfl player will just get a fine or a few games suspension..terrible comparison btw
