Chavez Jr. Didn't take a Steriod but a natural herbal medicine. It didn't enhance his performance a bit. It most likely mellowed him out which may have caused him to have a slow start. He only became really hungry and eager to fight in the last round.

What's the normal percentage hit for a second offence?

$900k for weed obviously sounds ridiculous, but it wasn't because he smoked weed as such, it was because it was the second time he failed a drug test.

Is 30% way more than normal for a second offence? Or is it fairly typical?
