People want to see old Vitali beaten or knock down. That way they would be able to make uncountable number of gifs and every reasonable conversation would be just impossible (it is quite hard even know). Next thing they'll say his chin is overrated and that it's actually quite bad and so on...

Vitali should take a nice fight in his home city and retire as a big champion he is. Then real battles are in front of him..

If Haye wants to do something with himself he better stop pretending he is fitness guru and start fighting again. Wlad isn't going anywhere. Haye is 2 years older than Price - what is about nonsense retirement.

How can one duck retired fighter?!
could it be that people just want to see vitali fight and beat one above average fighter in his professional career before he retires?

Of course Vitali can do what he wants to do. He doesn't have to fight Haye.

But why not? Haye's a loudmouth and direspectful. Vitali has been vocal about humbling him. Wlad has done it but Haye wasn't hurt like they wanted.

And Haye's not retired, he fought in July and now he wants Vitali. It's that or retirement for him.

      Vitali should fight him.

Could it be that some people want to see faded old age 41 Vitali beaten up by a younger boxer?

Why not be honest about it?

The people wanting to see this now didn't say much in 2009, when Haye backed out of his fight with the still very good age 38 Vitali.

Vitali obviously feels that he can't do what he used to do for 20 years. He is old and he wants to retire. He isn't looking to continue to fight. Only thing he wants is a nice farewell fight in his home town in front of his fans. In every sport that is perfectly normal so why wouldn't be for vitali..

It's not even about winning the fight but he wanted to do that in the better fashion than Wlad did it. Haye is a type of fighter who wouldn't bring it on - he'll play against vitali's slowness (due to his age) and look to copy-paste valuev fight. He would most probably lost anyway but he'll run enough to survive. That doesn't do anything for Vitali.

Haye is not even a mandatory. He is RETIRED, with possibility to fight once more and only if it's Vitali. So, yes he is retired more than he isn't.

Haye could go fight as everybody else or just shut up.

Thats a shame, it would have been one of the best fights out there and captured a lot of minds, brought in some good money from different TV networks and given Vitali a chance "to silence the loud mouth"

I hope it's just negotiation tactics, but Vitali deserves the flack that will come his way when he's retired, he was always my favourite out of the two brothers, but his record is shockingly thin and whilst Haye wouldn't bolster it massively, it would have been a more credible win then the likely bum he will line up and beat down.

maybe some do. but if vitali had fought decent comp then people wouldn't be asking for this fight.

in 2009 haye was just up from Crusier and had only beaten barret. why would anyone want that fight then?

at least now he has an acceptable HWT resume.

Everyone knows that vitalis manager went back on his word, they also wanted no part of this fight....they got caught lying, I mean come on only the hardcore klit fans will believe vitali wants this fight, he has been rightly advised to stay away from haye. Vitali is just too old now, he would most likely lose vs haye unless he got a one shot punch in to end the fight early...right move to avoid haye by vitali imo

And how exactly would one know that Haye is so much better than the fighters Vitali beat.

Why is Haye so much better than Herbie Hide, Samuel Peter, Corrie Sanders.
They all have been champions when Vitali fought them.

I am not saying they are better than Haye (I don't really know), but one would never be sure as Haye is RETIRED. And if he lose the fight he is done. He won't go after povetkin, pulev, tyson to prove himself.

Beating Haye doesn't bring anything, or at least doesn't bring much. Vitali is not desperate for money.

                    these ducking accusations are crazy
Vit tried to get Haye in the ring when Vit was younger and fresher
Haye kept finding reasons to dodge him, and Wlad too for that matter
Vit doesn't owe that twat Haye a goddamn thing
Haye's a punk and an opportunist, fuck him

I just find it so hypocritical that some don't want Vitali to take this fight because he is past his best and wants to retire....yet they still give Lennox Lewis **** for doing the same thing.
