As for Efrain Esquivias, Ramos won that fight. Was it a great performance? Not by any means.

Esquivias lost to Romero as well who was an amateur stand out and may just be the best kept secret in boxing.

That was a good win for Ramos.

Rigo is the closest thing to Whitaker in boxing right now. I've always been slow to label fighters chinny, especially ones who have never been KOed or seriously out on their feet bad. I will always tend to go with the better boxer and in this case, it's Rigo.

Ramos managed to stay out of efrain's hooks and throw a lot of combinations with give him the victory..in compubox Ramos totally outwork Efrain for surprise the fans who through Ramos will lose..

There was absolutely nothing in that fight to separate them.They both fought at close range, threw plenty of punches and smothered one another's work, which resulted in very few - if any - decisive rounds.

It was a great performance. He won every round, dropped him several times and stopped him in 6, ripping his world title away from him.

I was referring to Ramos's last fight against Ronny Rios, in which he came to hold and spoil rather than actually try and win the fight.

Donaire is the more proven guy that has faced the better opposition and has been dominant in his last string of fights.

I like both fighters but I think it is clear what happened. Rigo is perceived as a threat to Donaire and Donaire seemed less than interested in the fight for some time. In that time the Donaire loyalists saw that Donaire was looking bad so they became hell bent on discrediting Rigo and Rigo's opposition to try to save face for Donaire. We have seen this exact pattern before.

Rigo is a hypejob undeserving bum according to most of the Donaire fanboys, but if Donaire beats Rigo watch how much of a legendary champion Rigo is according to them when they want to declare Donaire as P4P #1
