Nope. It wasn't Arum that went from "Take the test Manny and we have a fight" to once Manny agreed "Oh Manny, you agreed? Well now I want ALL PPV money!"
Also:
- Arum didn't force Floyd to ask for PEDs testing.
- Arum didn't force Floyd to say "I want all PPV money"
- Arum had nothing to do with Floyd not fighting Martinez at a CW when Martinez called Floyd out.
- Arum had nothing to do with Floyd not fighting P. Williams when Williams called Floyd out.
- Arum had nothing to do with Floyd not fighting a younger Mosley when Mosley wanted in late 2006/2007 and Floyd said "Sorry, I can't wait another month. Baldomir is my man".
- Arum had nothing to do with Floyd taking on vacations every time the division was heating up.
- Arum had nothing to do with Floyd never wanting to fight Margarito when Margarito called him out.
Arum is just a scapegoat used by Floyd fans who try to protect their hero at all costs.Comment

No but arum sure spoke for Pac when saying Pac's cut wasn't ready (even though they were going to fight Marquez on the same date then went back on it once Floyd's sentence was pushed back)
- Arum sure spoke for Pac when he cancelled mediations for the fight then lied about, only to be outed by the mediator
-Arum sure spoke for Pac willing to accept blood tests now that Pac has gone 0-2 in his last 2 fights with slipping PPVs

I see that you couldn't respond to my points of "Arum had nothing to do with many, if not all, of those items that I mentioned in my previous post."
By the way, those words Arum stated was a myth (out of context) taken by Floyd fans. Arum was interviewed at a point prior to any knowledge of what the doctors would say about how long the cut would take to heal. So Arum said "Let's first see what the doctors say about that cut as it can cut into Manny's training/sparring period".
Later Arum said OK to May 5th but Floyd needs to get his own guarantees.
On Manny's official website, he announced that he would be OK to fight Floyd on May 5th ..... then Floyd said "oh, by the way, I WANT ALL PPV MONEY"Comment

Manny doesn't announce anything. Arum specifically stated he would only fight Mayweather in JUNE after lying about May 5th, knowing FULL WELL Floyd was going to prison in the end of May Talk about keeping your head in the sand!
