No but arum sure spoke for Pac when saying Pac's cut wasn't ready (even though they were going to fight Marquez on the same date then went back on it once Floyd's sentence was pushed back)

So Arum said "Let's first see what the doctors say about that cut as it can cut into Manny's training/sparring period".

Later Arum said OK to May 5th but Floyd needs to get his own guarantees.

On Manny's official website, he announced that he would be OK to fight Floyd on May 5th ..... then Floyd said "oh, by the way, I WANT ALL PPV MONEY"

Manny doesn't announce anything. Arum specifically stated he would only fight Mayweather in JUNE after lying about May 5th, knowing FULL WELL Floyd was going to prison in the end of May
