That Njikam fight was too weird for me. Sure, Quillin put Njakam on his butt a few times in the early rounds but then Njakam came back in the middle rounds like he was never down, showed better punch resistance, outboxed Quillin, and actually won the middle rounds. The later rounds was Njikam going down like he remember he was supposed to lose that fight.

Anyways, I'm not sold on Peter's opponent quality, the biggest names on his resume are an old Winky Wright and Craig McEwan who shouldn't be in the deep end of boxing.

although it isn't the best fight that can be made, it's an alright fight for kid chocolate. rubio's a good test for him. every round quillin didn't knock n'damn down, he lost. so we'll see how this one goes. obviously a golovkin, pirog, geale, or martinez fight would be great, but if those can't be made, this isn't all that bad. not too interested or hyped for it, but it's a decent fight if it gets made.

He'll probably fight Jermain Taylor after that. Rubio did nothing against Chavez, nothing against Pavlik, and is another carefully chosen opponent.

Murray, Mundine, Soliman, Rosado, Guerrero, Rubio. These guys shouldn't be getting title shots and I'm not sure if any of them are even top 10. 160 could be such a good division but the fights just aren't getting made. Chavez-Macklin is the only competitive match-up on the horizon and that isn't confirmed yet.

This is the biggest fight for the division that doesn't include Sergio so it'll prolly happen just not immedialty maybe by years end or 2014
