151, Guerrero probably wasn't even that himself and seeing we're going down t-rex arms route look at Narvaez, Arce, Vasquez Jr, Marquez, Sydorenko and the likes.

Ortiz was top 10 #9, Zaveck top 10, oh my bad Hernandez was ranked 11th!

Mathebula was only moved into the top 10 to make the fight more appealing, lol. Barely anybody including die-hard fans knew who the fcuk he was.
    more lessons:

    1. Caballero had never won a title and was coming off a ko loss when he was matched vs undefeated hometown Cordoba. He was the unified 122 titlist, ring ranked p4p top 10 exactly when Mathebula fought him. Past prime lmao
    2. Those guys may have been small for the division, not as small as Aydin. More importantly, they'd won some titles and performed against world class comp, unlike Aydin who failed levels below
    3. How was Ortiz top 10 before having a single ww fight, and insisting on a CW vs Berto?
    4. Mathebula was top 10 cause he won a title. It's pretty much the norm

Was he really unified? Or is this more misinformed bull**** you've taken from Ring or Wikipedia? Top p4p? I don't believe that either but nothing Ring magazine does surprises me. Broner is in at #6 p4p according to Ring mag, that is how much of a joke it is.

Aydin has won many vacant 'titles' too...
And hometown Cordoba? You realise that fight was no robbery and where Caballero is from don't you?
And speaking of robberies, rankings and such, the only reason Mathebula got a crack at Ndlovu's strap (who I will assume you'll tell me is a wonderful specimen of a fighter, p4p, top 10 etc) is because of a gift decision he received over a journeyman.
And yeah he was just as Lopez was top 10 both times he stepped up. They always will make way for cashcows.

Yeah he hasn't fought any world class fighters, that is right. If that is what helps you & Conaire sleep at night, take it to bed with you.

Hopefully you'll be back with more insightful posts when NoRigo Conaire comes out with some more gems before fleeing to 126 without facing Rigo too fight the ever so mighty Cristian Mijares, who again I assume Hero will be informing us all on how great he is as an opponent and how he beat a prime Rafael Marquez which made him a top 10 p4p etc

http://boxrec.com/list_bouts.php?hum...5122&cat=boxer tells you it was contested for Caba's 2 belts.
http://boxrec.com/media/index.php/Th...r_Pound--2000s for ring p4p. This was before it became Chuck Giampa's rankings.

Aydin has never won a vacant title, only an interim one.

I didn't know Mathebula needed a robbery before Ndlovu, I didn't see it and I doubt you did either. The South African scene is a mystery to me, but when you come over and overperform vs 2 top 10 p4pers, you're probably pretty good.

What isn't impressive about destroying an undefeated Prizefighter champion & Euro champion in a single round? Casey has since gone up a weight & done some decent things. He beat Evenson who got a hometown gift. Sure he struggled with a shot Jason Booth but I think the way Rigo destroyed him was very impressive. I'm not sure anybody expected him to do that to Casey. In fact I'm quite sure a lot felt Casey could him a tough fight.

Okay Casey may never be a world class fighter but he isn't a bad fighter by any stretch.
