Bradley is with Top Rank doesn't cut it as an excuse. He has already called for a Mayweather bout.

Marquez was dominated - doesn't cut it when he was dragged up two divisions three years ago particularly when a catchweight is cited. He has said recently he would go better this time.

Pacquiao is said to have wanted to return earlier. Roach still wants the Mayweather fight. It's a tough ask and probably least likely but the money generated could convince anyone.

Trout just beat Cotto, he would jump at a Mayweather shot like most fighters.

Martinez would jump at the Mayweather shot and Murray could easily be paid off.

Now one can make keep making excuses but the reality is almost all would be ready to fight FMJ in May if he wanted to make it happen.

    Guerrero it is then.
Floyd cant make 140 without being drained, he's not young anymore, and i don't want to see Matthysse be forced up to 147 to fight Floyd and then get schooled like a kid.

Matthysse has yet to prove himself he needs to fight Khan and Garcia, rematch Zab and clean up the 140 devision before moving up

Bradley doesnt want Floyd, Arum doesnt want to lose what is left of his cash cows. He poses zero threat to FLoyd, no power, very basic, it's just a easy night for Floyd.

Trout wants Canelo, he has called him out twice in a row, but Canelo doesnt want Trout

Marquez is not pushing for a Floyd fight, and i'm sure Floyd will take that fight if the money is right, it's a easy win for him, given the style, nothing for Floyd to worry about, he's been in the ring with him and it was a walk in the park. It could be on the cards for Sep, but i'm sure people will say Floyd is taking the easy fight.

Martinez is a big ask from Floyd, and vice versa, Sergio has to show he can come down, he says he can, but talking and doing are two different things.

End of the day Floyd is coming back from a long lay off and a very difficult year with personal issues, Guerrero is no walk in the park and has earned his shot, i expect Floyd to take a more difficult challenge in Sep, as long as he can win and if the skills are still there.

I'll ask you for the umpteenth time, do you have a source for Roger saying this? I know Floyd Sr said it, but when did Roger said it? I missed it.

And, if he did say it, do you genuinely believe Mayweather can make 143- Lbs?

I highly doubt he actually believes Mayweather could make 140 healthily.

Surely, he just cannot believe that.

And, I'm still yet to see where Roger has said that. I tried searching for it but had no luck find it.

Do you know if Roger said it?

You live in a fantasy land when it comes to FMJ.

It doesn't matter what Floyd or Roger have said. It's likely Floyd could boil down to 140, but on what planet would the biggest star in the sport boil down to 140 or take a catchweight against an unknown Argentinian fighter who doesn't even bring bread crumbs to the table?

That fat little British chav is just a butthurt hypocritical little turd. Did you see him demanding Manny fight JMM at a CW of 140-143, or fighting Margo at 54, or Cotto at 147?

The drawcard is the one who decides the terms. That's why Manny got Cotto at 45 and Margo at 50. It's the same reason Floyd can call up team Marquez a few days before a fight and say "hey, yeah i'm not coming down to 144, here's 600k for the trouble" and it's the same reason Oscar bent Floyd over in their negotiation, because he was the draw.

This **** wants to apply one set of standards where FMJ should boil down to fight Matthyse. Seriously is he or anyone else that daft?? Perhaps he should take Ricky Hatton's advice in his sig re Roger and stop feeding himself. Here he is calling JMM vs FMJ a legit contest, but only if it's at a CW???

If Floyd didn't make 144lbs 3 years ago what makes people think he can make it now. Even though I will be there I'm no fan of Guerrero fight. But he will get alot of credit for hustling and making it a grind fight in front of a pro Mexican crowd. Danny Garcia is more of a threat than Lucas.

                Great post
The hate for Mayweather is crazy
If Pacquiao were to fight Guerrero at 147 he would be applauded for it
Although Guerrero is not a big star he is still a good fight

Gamboa won't be on no Mayweather/GBP card...

Has Roger actually said it though? I haven't seen it. I'm not dis*****g it, I just haven't seen it. I know Sr said it.

And, I don't believe he can make 140 comfortably at all. When's the last time he weighed less than 146? It's been a long long time.
