@ 140 or a catchweight. You're now being deliberately obtuse.

Bradley was the man @ 140, Matthysse is the man at 140. Marquez is more natural at a lower weight than WW. Floyd can make 140 or at very least a catchweight (according to his own family). Alternatively he could meet a natural 154lb fighter in Trout coming off a strong win. All world class fighters competitive at their best weight.

You know all this but you're ignoring it in order to support an uninteresting and uncompetitive fight with Guerrero.

      Whatever man.

But really at this point, Sergio hasn't been to 154 in 4 years and 8 fights, and isn't even fighting his own biggest threats in his own weight class. Why is Sergio wasting time with Murray, instead of fighting Geale, Golovkin, Pirog???

Trout himself isn't even calling for that fight, it's like saying let's make Pacquiao vs Alexander or some s**t. It's not even being thought about.
I don't know how true this is. I think some people are being a bit hard on Trout. You might not like the fight, but I think he definitely proved himself, and at the very least deserves to be mentioned. What's the more impressive win? Ortiz beating Berto, or Trout beating Cotto? I have no problem with someone explaining why they don't want to see that, but don't act like Trout didn't just ligitimize himself. A lot of people saw him beat Cotto, a lot of people came away impressed. I think it could spark some real interest. (plus it's Floyd, doesn't exactly struggle in the sales department).

How is Matthysse a competitive fight? Judah was able to outbox him for about half the fight for god sakes.

I just can't understand people that say Floyd-guerrero sucks, than manage to throw out names like Lucas Matthysse as a better fight for Floyd. Amazing.....can't wait till we start hearing Floyd's ducking Lucas.

Actually those are some of the things that Floyd fans participate in.

You always keep bringing up that Floyd Sr said he could make 140 if he wanted to, and all that. But Floyd hasn't fought lower than 146 since 2005, 7 years ago.

I see Sergio fighting Martin Murray for some damn reason, and Canelo ducking Trout possibly.
Murray is mandatory i believe and a good tune up fight for Sergio after his injury and lay off, low risk easy win
