At least Arreola has COURAGE and didn't wait until Vitali was faded (now age 41) to be willing to fight him.

Arreola was asked whether he was surprised when he received word that Haye pulled out and he would be fighting Klitschko.

Arreola said “I always knew David was a vagina.”
Vitali was still near his best at age 38 when he fought Arreola, but he's showed his age in his past two fights.

Good for Chris. Too bad that's probably Vitali's standout win. A paper champ in the heavyweight's weakest era. Hope he retires since he's so old. But if he continues to fight, I really don't wanna hear any crap about Haye while Vitali fights against jokesters like Manny Charr or whatever his name was.

As for Haye we all knew or anyone that knew what they would be watching that he had a slim punchers chance early to make Wlad uncomfortable and not allow him to impose his normal rhythm on him and he failed to take a chance when he got his big opportunity just resolving to survive and not get hurt.
You told us he has fought dangerous opponents so tell us who or STFU. Don't post with such an assertion if you're going to fold under questioning.

I totally agree with your Haye comment.

Obviously ATG Lennox even though he lost, Peter after a 4 year layoff, Hide, Johnson, Sanders, Arreola, Solis all posed a potential danger.

            Herbie Hide was dangerous?

Kevin Johnson? Kirk? Good Lord, I can't even get through the rest of the names. My friend, if being a contender makes you dangerous than I have about 45 other names you can tack on.

Really easy to act like they were never a threat after they were beaten so easily, pretty common game played on the forum here.

And why should people be permitted to crap on Vitali but not on Haye?

Arreola isn't that good, but Haye has never faced anyone as dangerous as Sam Peter or Corrie Sanders, except for Wlad whom he lost to.

Vitali's opponents who were better than Haye, in addition to Lennox Lewis and Chris Byrd:

                Larry Donald
                Corrie Sanders
Sam Peter (not highly skilled but durable and a strong puncher)
Odlanier Solis (who stopped Haye in the 2001 world amateurs final)

                About equal to Haye:

                Kirk Johnson
                JC Gomez
                (prime) Danny Williams
                Kevin Johnson
                Herbie Hide
                Shannon Briggs
                Tomasz Adamek
                Chris Arreola

I remember in 2008 when Haye ducked Kevin Johnson (who he had verbally agreed to fight) and chose to fight old Monte Barrett instead!

                Here it is:

Talk about anything boxing related here. Where the boxing discussion is always Non Stop!

Kevin Johnson: "David Haye is a Complete Joke"

"I don't understand," said a perplexed Johnson who sat shaking his head for several minutes. "This guy runs his mouth for months saying that he is going to take over the heavyweight division, that he is going to knock this guy and that guy out, but here I am stepping up to the plate, and now he doesn't want the fight," questioned Johnson.

Sorry if you thought Herbie Hide, Kevin/Kirk Johnson were threats prior but I can assure you that the majority of the boxing world did not agree with you.

Who said that? I said don't crap on Haye without doing the same for Vitali. Crap on them both for all I care. And Larry Donald? Lord have mercy. I do have one fond memory of Larry though. It was at the Ruiz-Toney presser, one that Don King let run for hours on end. After rambling for what seemed like forever, King had every fighter on the card stand up and say some words. Toney, who was already frustrated by the length of the proceedings, grew visibly agitated by this while Freddie Roach was trying to get him to chill out. By the time it was Larry Donald's turn to speak, Toney had had enough. "Sit down and STFU! A ****ing has been and a never will be. Who the **** told you that you could talk? Just sit down and watch me collect belts, b*tch!" Larry, of course, sat down

Can you imagine Wladimir making as big a deal about his victory over a 41-year-old Ray Mercer as Haye is making about a potential fight with a 41-year-old Vitali Klitschko?
The difference is that Mercer took tough fights his entire career. The motherphucker fought Holyfield, Lennox Lewis, Wladimir Klitschko and Larry Holmes 4 ATGs! Of course he was shot by 41.

But Vitali has only fought Lennox Lewis and has endured a fraction of the punishment. He should take the fight with Haye, and stop being a b*tch.
