I dislike Mayweather now, but back then, I didn't. I knew he was good but had no ill feelings towards him and I was expecting him to win, but in my view, he didn't.

Answer this question: did Floyd get outlanded by 100+ power punches by Castillo during the course of 12 rounds. Yes or no?

Yes. But that in and of itself isn't valid.

If floyd wins 7 rounds and Castillo wins 5, yet in those 5 rounds Castillo has such an enormous amount of activity that the final punch landed total is Castillo + 100, then he lost the fight. Period.

What if in a round you are deducted a point yet landed more. Compubox doesn't register it being a 9-9 round, only the punches landed.

You are seeking to ignore the fact that Castillo outworked Floyd.

Like I said, Floyd swept the 1-4 easily. Then Castillo took over the middle rounds and finished the fight later on.


Castillo won the later rounds clearer than Floyd. Let's not forget that 10-8 round Floyd had for using his veteran tactic elbow.
