I like how before I think the start of round 8 or 9(I forget which round, but its dvr'd so I'll watch it again after the GB/Vikings game)his corner asked for a particular combination I think he said 5C or somethin like that. Trout said ok, and went out set the combo up, and brought on out. Beautiful if you ask me.
His straight left to the body was the money punch.

Cotto was struggling and was bothered by it pretty much start to finish.

Trout just beat one of the top ranked Jr Middleweights in the world in dominant fashion of course he get's credit for the win.
it was a razor close fight from start to finish. nobody was dominant in this fight

Yes indeed. I cant wait till this game is over so I can put the fight on and watch it again. Trout was very sharp last night. Moving upstairs and downstairs consistantly with his punches. The kid was on the money last night.

I'm a Cotto fan and I had it 7-5 Trout.

Trout won the early rounds then struggled in the middle then closed the show.

Because I thought basically (almost) every single round was razor close and could be something like a draw. At the end I had a feeling it is a draw or maybe a Trout win by 1 point.
I don't think Cotto did enough to take Trout's title, but then again, Mayweather also didn't do enough to take Cotto's title.
I didn't feel Trout really won this fight against Cotto, but he didn't really lose it either. The official scorecards were a joke though.
Anybody else here felt Cotto vs Trout was a draw?
You're a God damn idiot. Not for this fight but for thinking Mayweather didn't clearly beat Cotto.

              Here's you: , you idiot.

Majority dec. for Trout, not a close fight at all! Ray.

We are not all professional boxing judges like you and Dan and turkas. Some of us like myself score the fights for fun. And you guys make it seem that it was a lopsided win for Trout when Cotto was effectively applying pressure and pressing the fight and landing the clearer punches on the larger man during the first half.
