Well, personally I was already expecting that Cotto will lose the fight, just like other boxers, they are getting old once you are old enough to get into the ring, your perseverance and determination degrades..

Look at Mayweather, he won't fight Pacquiao knowing his getting old and knowing that his ability is not like before... He knows that, it's always be the reason why he won't accept the challenge from PacMan.. anyways,, too much for this fight (Cotto and Trout) ... let's move on.. see u next week on Pacquiao vs Marquez 4... how do you see it? either of the two will win, will there be a 5th bout? look at the magnitude of the fights man, with mayweather he was facing the best in the business so he trained like hell, he only picked trout because he turned down pacquiao's catchweight offer for a rematch, motivation always plays a role, thats like u fightin bruce lee and then u gotta fight the little chinese guy from hangover. trout did his thing though but this fight doesnt say nothing about mayweather , dont even think for a second trout can beat him

Trout winning was not an upset but expected

Cotto is not very good at 154lbs and is way to small and short with an 8 inch jab to compete with the big guys. Cotto has 4 defining losses where he has been battered terribly showing Cotto is very average not great.

Paulie is the only one that watched the fight that scored it a draw. What other reason could it be other than an attempt on his part to make the fighter that whooped his a$$ look better? Maybe he thought Cotto would come over to ring side and break his face again. Simply put I don't know how anyone who knows anything about the sport of boxing that could have scored that fight a draw or even close.

Trout won but the cards were far too wide. I had Trout winning by three points. I wouldn't mind a rematch or Canelo v Trout next. Lara v Trout is also a good right. I still think Cotto has it in him to beat elite fighters and retirement talks are premature.
