In a rematch a ton can happen i'm talking about fight night that took place..JR's face on both sides was disfigured..and Martinez barely a sc****..outside of that one minute where junior was on he was null and void that fight..also we are talking about the last minute of a 36 minute fight in which an injured (knee) fighter tried to take a breather..if Martinez hadn't taken that breather we wouldn't even be talking about this..to me that's not worthy of discussing any further. Even in a rematch jr's only hope is getting martinez against the ropes..if he doesn't he'll be picked off even worse because Martinez wouldn't make the same mistake twice I would hope.

Yeah, Cotto was too small for sure, but he also seemed old. He didn't look as sharp as he did against Mayweather at all, not even close. Kind of sluggish, bad reflexes, slow.

I don't think GBP will put Canelo in with Trout. I think Trout would have some difficulty early on, but adjust and ultimately cruise to a UD against Canelo.
Also, GBP makes it painfully obvious Canelo isn't the second coming of Christ they'd like the boxing fans to believe he is.

Canelo would probably try if it was up to him, it's GBP that doesn't want any part of that s**t. Not saying he'd win, I don't think he would, but he'd try it.

Robbery!! I am Mexican and I say Cotto won by split decision. Trout hugged too much and only won the last three rounds. Maybe that influenced the judges

Only way Cotto won was if the winner was who gets tired first...you can't find more than 4 rounds cotto could even be given in this fight and again i'm a long time Cotto fan..he didn't win this fight at all

You must've had horrible seats..trust me on this rewatch the fight on tv..I know things get twisted with the crowd excitement and all but alot of shots you thought missed got through..plus Trout hurt Cotto at least twice in this fight..you yourself saw cotto not engage for nearly 25 seconds near the end of a round and do a bunch of dancing to keep space between him and Trout. Again i'm a fan of Cotto had he even remotely come close to winning i'd be agreeing with you but the fact is Cotto outside of maybe 3 rounds didn't really win the rest of the rounds. As far as the holding what Trout supposed to do let himself get hit? Oh and that low blow they stopped the clock on was right on the belt line.
