Arum didn't want to make the fight but Floyd wanted him or Mosley and that's why he moved up to 147 from 140 chasing the fight. Floyd wanted to fight Mosley when he was at 135 and Floyd at 130. Floyd had to leave Arum to get a fight with Oscar. This actually what went down.

He needed the Oscar fight just like pacquaio needed it too..personally I don't think Floyd would've fought a prime Oscar..if you go back far enough before they had a business relationship Oscar spent plenty of time being critical of Floyd and they had the same exact manager "Arum" at the time..prior to that the only time Floyd has been at a disadvantage was versus Castillo which even Roger didn't want to fight because of this same issue..this is when it all went downhill between the mayweather's and Top Rank. I'll reserve further judgment until we know who his next opponent is tho..if he even decides to fight again

I didn't say a feather weight versus a welter I made a comparison based on my opinion that both at their prime's would've never fought..that was the entire point I was trying to make.

Winky is one of the most stand up guys in boxing...he was a staple at GBP before they became a big brand..if the man is stating this it's a fact..Schaeffer and Oscar have never given a quote on the subject when it's brought up and as clearly evidenced fired "Goodman" so she wouldn't speak on it via one of their mediums.

Golden Boy has never spoken on it because no one relevant has asked them. If Dan Rafael of ESPN asks Golden Boy, they'd more than likely respond with an answer. But Maxboxing? They've written more than one article bashing Golden Boy, so Golden Boy would never respond to them. Maybe the writers at Fighthype have a shot too.

That and the fight with Shane, too...After the Judah fight he was able to get the lucrative fights he had been chasing for years...
