Like what I say is going to matter but legitimately this is turning me away from boxing.
Berto's trainer was begging Andre not to hold almost every round lol! And Guerrero was smart enough to sneak his hip shots away from the ref's vision, but Berto was hitting the back of his head right IN FRONT of the referee... what does he expect? Berto initiated all the holding, and Guerrero took advantage of it to work inside.

Arum said Mayweather also asked for $20 million to fight De La Hoya, a fight Arum said he wasn't interested in participating in.

"That's not in the cards",Arum said. "He wants $20 million for the De La Hoya fight? It's not there. Sometimes, my man, you gotta know when to hold 'em and when to fold 'em. We'll talk about things down the road."
It is a known fact in boxing that Floyd was trying his hardest to get a fight with Oscar. But we can leave it at that.

I don't know what Berto is doing. Just letting the Ghost push him into the ropes. He was doing good when he was punching back then he does nothing. It was frustrating seeing him in this fight.

wanna know why he did? because he had no energy after the 3rd round, he has severe stamina issues. i'm pretty sure he's anemic too which probably explains it

guerrero beat this kids ass regardless

most people picked berto to win, he was a 3-1 favorite in vegas. it's not surprising that "most people" in this thread are *****ing about guerrero being dirty. they're salty that they got the fight wrong and are trying to rationlize their error in picking berto by shouting foul play.

                  ****ing morons lol

i thought guerrero shoulda made an adjustment to take advantage of berto being practically blind in both eyes. if ghost fought from mid-range at that point he would've stopped berto. didn't like him giving berto a chance in the fight by eating uppercuts inside for no reason. maybe he was tired and fell into a rhythm like roy said but he looked great after the fight idk. if there was 10 more seconds before the closing bell damn, berto looked finished.
