It's a poor choice for an opponent, no doubt and DiBella looks like a complete hypocrite for saying what he said about Golovkin and then signing Murray. Hopefully Martinez stops waiting on Mayweather and Pacquiao and fights GGG before he retires.

If Pacquiao or Mayweather even contemplated fighting a fighter on the level of Martin Murray or Darren Barker they would be ripped to shreds.

              Yet, Martinez actually get's praised!

I agree with the notion that he should fight Kerry Hope next instead.

He's coming off a week long lay off due to surgery so he needs to soft touch and he's not undefeated so obviously he's not a tough fight.

Exactly. Remember the Spadafora, Malinagii and Matt Hatton threads. Floyd was ripped to pieces and none of those scraps even happened.

But we cant rip Martinez for fighting Murray. Double standards indeed.

This is the MW Champion of the world were talking about.

This is the ring MW Champion of the world here.

Barker, Murray, Macklin, Dzizniruk at 160. Cmon.
There was absolutely nothing wrong with those fights Burner, I know you didn't go mia when he was "supposedly" ducking Dzinziruk, no one saw that as a cherry pick at the time, it was after the fight where people shitted on that win.
