Taylor and Bute are Froch's best wins.

That version of Taylor isn't really shot yet and he was the former MW Champion.
Bute's resume gets severely underrated and in hindsight we can say he never stood a chance. .but Froch was a big under dog.

It's comparable to Lewis-Golota... hindsight shouldn't be used in judging wins.

I'm 100% British and Calzaghe is not an ATG imo.Froch and Ward have already supassed what Joe did at 168(which means he's not the best Super middle) and moving up to 175 and beating Hopkins although impressive is certainly not ATG worthy considering Hopkins was 42 at the time(past his best but still good enough to give Calzaghe hell).Even if Calzaghe Ko'd Hopkins he wouldn't be an ATG.

The version of Mikeel that fought Calzaghe will beat Bute and Taylor and the lesser versions of Mikeel that fought Ward+Froch.

Who cares about Ward and Froch? They aren't ATG's either. Using them for comparison sake hurts your argument.

Ok lets play on your terms.. So if Taylor doesn't count because he was basically shot(Taylor would have given Calzaghe hell imo),then we should scratch off that Lacy win because we all know he's beat nobody important on his way to fighting Joe or after..

Arther Abraham 31 wins 1 loss 25 ko's
Glen Johnson 51 wins 14 losse's 35 ko's(keep in mind Johnson was coming off a good ko win over Allan Green and was in highly competitive fights with two top light heavyweights in Cloud and Dawson)

Loss to Andre Ward (No shame)

Lucien Bute undefeated 30 wins 24 ko's


The above are all very high risk fights that Froch took on


Calzaghe has

Chris Eubank 45 wins 2 losse's 2 draws 23 ko's
Mikkel Kessler undefeated 39 wins 29 ko's
Bernard Hopkins 48 wins 4 losse's 1 draw 32 ko's

Bernard Hopkins and Mikkel Kessler were the only two high risk fights in Joe's entire career and both fights especially the hopkins one was razor close,which is probably the reason people dislike him being mentioned as an ATG

If Joe took as much risk as Carl most people think he wouldn't be undefeated.Its quite a shame really

if it was atg for the weight class then yes... if in all of boxing no...

and im a big calzaghe fan, i wouldnt say frochs resume is better unless he beats kessler in may though
