To those who think Louis would beat Wlad

What do you say to the fact that Louis was staggered and knocked down by this man below, then no.1 contender Tony Galento? Why do you think Galento could get to him but not Wlad? I don't understand how people can think some of these ATGs would walk through Wlad when they struggled with men like the below.

from boxrec: Louis was staggered in round one and Galento was dropped in the second round. Louis was knocked down in third round.

Wlad was KTFO out by average fighters. What do you think Louis, the best combination puncher in heavyweight history and one of the hardest punchers would do?

He may have been one of the hardest puncher in that time. In today's era, he is just an average puncher with the weight and height he carried.

Wlad was knocked out in 2 rounds by Sanders, a non HOF'er. He was also knocked out by Lamon Brewster, a pretty average fighter.

These are the types of threads that make people crap on Wlad. Can't he just be great in his own era? why **** on other fighters from other different eras of boxing.

Everyone is nitpicking little mistakes to make their case. Everyone pokes fun at the 3 losses of Wlad or the 2 losses of Vitali, to the point that someone looking to counter has to dig up hairy, pudgy opponents that have hurt the ATG's of the past.

It is what it is. This thread shouldn't have been started as we have had a Louis vs Klitschko type thread a hundred times by now, and I'm getting lazy in articulating my previous points and probably wouldn't do a good job at it again if I took the effort to debate in this thread.

Yet this man knocked him down and hurt him pretty bad. The conundrum.
