Are you sure about De la Hoya not earning more after leaving Top Rank? I can understand Cotto cause he has only had one fight. For that one fight he did earn the most he ever has for one fight.

When has Bob ever paid Cotto the amount he got vs Mayweather? Also I'm sure Cotto is getting paid quit well vs Trout too... Cotto just came out and explained that Bob wasn't even going to pay him what Bob claimed he offered.

It's ****** to say that Hoya, Mayweather and Cotto didn't make more after leaving Bob.

Bob has never paid them as much as each guy got per fight after leaving. Granted Cotto only had one fight but look who it was and we all know it wouldn't have happened if Cotto was still with Bob.

JACK ASS mostly everyone and their mother said Floyd would mop the floor with Pac after the Marquez fight. Even Freddie Roach said Floyd counter punching would be a problem for Pac after witnessing Marquez 3.

Floyd beat De La Hoya and Hatton first when Oscar was at his natural weight, with gloves and ring size on his size while Pac fought a Zombie (Oscar asked for it though). Hatton was undefeated and not a head case. Not taking anything away from Pac's win but Hatton was an emotional wreck after Mayweather KO'd him to the point he hired his father to train him. Pac just finished the job. Cotto was a good win for Pac but it was at 145 when Cotto had no real trainer, problems with his uncle and seeing visions of Margarito and recovering from the big cut over his eye from the Clottey fight. Floyd fought Cotto at 154 something Manny won't do even after he beat Cotto down.

I dont believe this is a mega fight anymore. Not the fight that would break all the records and have the world buzzing like it would have a couple years ago. Manny has since "won" against Marquez, and "lost" to Bradley, and Mayweather has beaten an obviously overrated Ortiz (and I like Ortiz) and looked very human against an older Cotto. This fight barely matters to me at this point.
