Would u call PAC out for backing out on his own words??
dude follow the timeline from sept of 2011. There was no time arum made excuses or had dates with fighters already. And here we are before another pac fight and arum already with future date and fighter ready. He hasnt gone back on anything but if pac comes out and says 50/50 now than yes that is backtracking cause hes all bravado NOW.

And with Moreno/Mares next weekend im not gonna question floyd cause i dont care. Let him sort out his own life while im gonna enjoy the fights that are on.

Also, Arum can't stand Oscar for doing the same thing, so he hates doing business with GBP.The problem is these guys make all kind of excuses why they won't get in the ring instead of just admitting the truth to the fans. They can't stand each other and will never do business with each other. For any person to think that Floyd is scared of another boxer or Manny is scared, they are being delusional. These guys have been fighting since they were 8 and 9 years of age. Why at this stage of their career would they suddenly be scared to fight? What can Manny possibly do to Floyd that hasn't already been done already, punch him in the face??? And that's vice versa as well. Its all about bad blood and business, that's it. These guys are champions, warriors, and hall of famers! They fear no one.
      Outstanding post.

      • So here's my take on this. Right now I truly believe it's a combination action of two things. One is the fear of Floyd losing his 0,the other being a high risk/low reward against Pacquiao. We don't know Floyd's typical percentages from fights, at least not the details. For all we know he may make more fighting a lesser opponent for a higher percentage where the opponent makes a record high payday vs fighting Pacquiao at 55% and actually making less. I I speculate, of course, but consider that, coupled with the fear of the "0" going away and Floyd's stance is not too hard to fathom.
From a business standpoint it makes sense. However, I'm a fan of the sport of Boxing and intriguing matches and not a fan of what boxers make. Therefore, I want to see this match up and ultimately feel Floyd is running out of roadblocks, and or appears to be more so than Pacquiao. Ok, rant done.

good rant but you forgot the pac in the ring "may 5th lets do it" to withbob in the ring "up to my promoter" to the stadium that never even attempted to build to the cut that takes over 6months to heal even though so many said hes lying to may 5th cant do it unless of cpurse it was jmm to Bob "i kept chavez away from martinez" arum said NO to fight with floyd. But no way can bob do to pac what he did to chavez. Right?

Both prima donnas amd hate eachother.

ur right about the "0". but floyd makes about 35-40 mil per fight, on average. Pac- Manny would generate at least 90-100 mil in PPV, 25-30 mil in gate and another 20 mil in sponsors, not inlcuding overseas PPV which woulod be huge. Floyd would easily take hom 75 mil. believe me he would double his biggest purse to date if he got 55% of the split

everyone know arum dont want the fight. Pac fans admit that - most of them. the thing is Pac wants the fight - but Maywether fans cant admit the fact that Mayweather will do anything also to avoid the fight
