Why d fighters like Amir or Ortiz need to be mayweather level to be considered a success.
It's almost as if you have all forgotten Ortiz and khan have giving us so many exciting moments, so many great fights.
Boxing fans really need to get over this idea that any fighter who isn't top notch is worthless. Khan isn't top level, but he's damn fun to watch, win or lose.Comment

He will be world champion again.
But, he'll never be at the elite level unless he suddenly patches up the holes in his game.
And even if he does, his chin will still always be a huge problem.
He'll always look great against guys who box from the outside with little power like Malignaggi or Kotelnik.
And guy's who pressure him he'll struggle with unless he fixs up inside game which at this point doesn't exist, at all.
That, and his chin are his two biggest weakness's IMO.Last edited by IronDanHamza; 10-23-2012, 07:42 PM.Comment

He will definitely win another world title. He was schooling Garcia and he got careless and got caught with a no look lucky hook. Thats that. I like checking this board and reading peoples opinions on boxers and different subjects but it is annoying when someone always has some smart ass comment about your opinion. Not everyone will feel the same its life.Comment

good post... greatness is also measured on how a fighter rises up against past failures... for khan, we never know really... getting a new trainer is good start, but let's see, his next 5 or so fights will tell...Comment
