Donaire/Rigondeaux = Ward/Bute

And just like I said he is not going to fight them at 122 either, he will move to 126 and probably fight Arce instead nextIf you exclude Moreno, who was offered a fight, there was no rest at 118, only Mares. Perez retired, does Vic even want a rematch? Agbeko lost to Mares 2 looking old and tired. Mares wants Donaire and vice versa, but they're the 2 prized champs from TR and GBP, does he just sit out till there's a thaw between the promoters? In any case, they're now at 122, so if it can be made, it can be at 122.Comment

Arce would be ok next if he wants it, Donaire is coming off a FOTY campaign this year lol. Mostly boring fights so far, Arce should change that. As long as he takes someone legit, like Mares or Rigo or Salido after that.Comment

No he is leaving a Division when he sees the guys he did not fight at 118 are moving up, who in the hell is at 130 right now besides Salido? And I doubt Donaire will actually fight him, he will go after guys like Dib and Arce, maybe Ponce, like won't fight Salido and of course a Mikey Garcia fight likely CAN'T HAPPEN because both are with GarciaComment

Of course Arce would be OK because he has a very BEATABLE STYLE! Especially for Donaire!Comment

He could also pick Juanma's corpse lol. Also GRJ is at 126, but hard to make TR/Haymon. I guess those 118 guys can move up again, they can be 3 weight champs by chasing this guy (esp for vacant belt at 124 vs Rico Ramos). No he is leaving a Division when he sees the guys he did not fight at 118 are moving up, who in the hell is at 130 right now besides Salido? Who isn't? He's got all these guys cowering, all styles. Best they can hope to do is make him look bad while winning easy. Of course, he moves up far enough and gets done, like he would vs Gamboa or Broner. But that's still pretty good, I'm not sure Gamboa can still make 126, while Donaire's been rampaging 112-122Comment

But why does it matter that Moreno and Mares are moving up when he can't even fight them due to promotional issues? They might as well not exist in the division. He already said he wanted Mares (that's a huge money fight. Why wouldn't he want it?), but Bob Arum said that fight will only happen if Mares signs with Top Rank. He already tried leaving Top Rank. What else can he do? At 126, he can fight Salido (who's the main the reason Donaire wants to move up), Billy Dib, Juan Manuel Lopez, and Celestino Caballero. Javier Fortuna's next fight is going to be 126 so that fight is also possible. No he is leaving a Division when he sees the guys he did not fight at 118 are moving up, who in the hell is at 130 right now besides Salido? Some people here a bit slow. I'm comparing the situations not the styles.
Was there any demand for these fights? No but there is demand for a Rigo fight and it will get bigger if Rigo beats a big name. You don't build a Mathebula fight, you do it with a guy who has the potential to win at the elite level and look good. What marquee name did Narvaez and Vaquez Jr beat before they fought Donaire? How about Mathebula, is Takalani Ndlovu a marquee name? Or Mathebula is just a a marquee name himself right? The Golden Boy Jeffrey Mathebula. Oh no wait, I got a better one, Omar "Money" Narvaez. How about Wilfredo Canelo Vazquez?
If you fight Rigo for the same money that you fought Vazquez and Mathebula then business wise that's really dumb.Comment

I can't believe people believe this stuff. It's like they refuse to acknowledge huge sections of Donaire's career.Hold on, Donaire has 31 Pro Fights and only two impressive wins on his Resume and that is Vic Darchinyan and Fernando Montiel...WHO ELSE? And please don't waste my time mentioning his last two opponents, nobody had a ***in clue who those fighters was, and who in the *** have they beat?
Rigondeaux only has 11 pro Fights, I don't expect him to have an impressive Resume with just 11 Fights into his PRO CAREER...but Rico Ramos, Teon Kennedy and Marroquin are all young guys will get better and learn from their losses to Rigondeaux, Rigondeaux can only fight who want to fight him, not like he is at the Top and Looking Down and Cherry Pick which fighter to fight next or which fighter is the easiest to beat or which fighter will be willing to let me hit them and not move around much
Your BOY was at 118 and Avoided Agbeko, Yohnny Perez, Vic (rematch), Mares and Moreno...did not even make the effort to fight any of them, he took Montiel title and played it safe then moved up and avoided fighting any of them...again Ward actually CLEANED OUT HIS DIVISION! As for Bute he was Cherry Picking himself, he did not want to fight any top fighters up until Froch
So the Comparison is LAUGHABLE! I have yet to hear Ward reject at fight and say "I WON'T FIGHT THIS GUY BECAUSE HE IS BORING"Comment
