As much as i love pavlik this would be an easy fight for ward, nothing ward hasnt seen before. I wold much rather see pavlik vs chavez jr in dallas.

I'd rather see this as a soft touch than Ward fighting an unknown. Froch is doing the same thing...I'm just glad he already has a fight lined up.

i wanted to see ward/dirrell (either brother) and chavez/pavlik. pavlik/abraham would have been great too. ward might put pavlik into retirement imo. it wouldn't surprise me, he's going to get schooled and beat up. such a wrong move by pavlik's people. i really wanted to see pavlik, chavez, and abraham square off with each other before losing to someone like ward (since there has been talks of pavlik and chavez fighting ward).
