Jmm-are you shitting on Manny for fighting him for the 2nd time in a year?

You can say that all you want but it's not convincing anyone except the die-hard Floyd fans.

Hatton = 1 fight at WW
Ortiz = 1 fight at WW
    Marquez = 0 fights at WW, 0 fights at 140, 2 at 135
Mosley was shot to pieces after that long period of inactivity, 2 training camps in a row and getting OLD fast.

The ratings and titles you mentioned for the above opponents was meaningless and you should know that if you know boxing.

Khan was to be next for Floyd and I'm sure you would have said that Khan was a title holder at 140 and a P4P rated boxer ... but that don't mean much when he had 0 fights at WW.

Guys, we need to talk about Floyd's next opponent. Paq already has a fight in December and after that, if he wins, he's set to fight the Alvarado/Rios winner next year. Paq is past his prime. He's basically done and probably will not even get to fight Rios or Alvarado.

How about Floyd? Who do you think his next fight would be? Is he retiring? What do you think?

Hope everyone is having a good Christmas. Took a break from all the festivities to summarize some of the stans responses and my prediction on Floyd's next opponent. Sad that I was able to predict this months in advanced. I wish the lottery was as easy as betting on Floyd's next opponents, I would be a billionaire. Merry Christmas

Remember the Matt Hatton BS , well Guerrero is the same deal , he will NOT get a fight with Floyd , Robert does not have a high enough profile to get a Floyd fight , Floyds track record is after a 2 yr lay off he fought the No 2 pfp fighter in the world , you have to in the very least either have a WT belt or be a marque fighter thats a fact .

        Oh no not this again.
Remember Paulie, Matt Hatton and Spadafora. NSB always does this making complete asses out of themselves in the end.

Floyd is never going to fight Robert Guerrero. Seriously....
And comparing Floyd fighting Guerrero now to when he fought Ortiz is STRAIGHT IGNORANCE.

Manny and his smoke and mirror act already booked a fight date for April 2013 and Martinez is injured....I think it pretty obvious its going to be Mayweather vs Canelo on the May 5th weekend.

You're acting like Guererro hasn't had 2 fights since this thread.

When you made this thread, Guererro hadn't even moved to WW yet.

If Guererro was still in the same position he was when you made this thread, he wouldn't be an option and people would still be saying what they did.

Whereas what has happened since then, is he's had 2 fights at WW against two Top 10 fighters and is now one of the Top WW's in the world.

            Bit of a difference.

So the Berto fight earned him a shot against Mayweather?

Nope he hasn't...you don't follow very well playa. I made this thread after he fought Aydin, he only beat Berto after this thread which seems to be the ticket to Mayweather

My bad, in the UK that dare reads the 10th June 2012 instead of the 6th of October.

And, beating Berto was a big win, yes.
