De La Hoya was #3 ranked by The Ring at 154. Cotto was ranked #1 by The Ring at 154. How were they not the best?

oscar was ranked number 6 dude. look it up. and if you are number 3 or number 6 how are you the best? i already explained that cotto was nowhere near the best at 154. how can you dispute that? the rankings favor popular fighters. it's so obvious.

Oscar was just as challenging considering Floyd is not a 154 pound fighter even now he is still very suspect in the class and the dudes at 147 never really amounted to all that much.

Not like he missed fighting a prime Ray Leonard, they were just decent guys~ nothing more.
