I agree with you. But Koncz, Paq and Fifty were not asking Floyd to fight in December. They just wanted to be assured that the fight will happen next year at a date on Floyd's choosing. They don't have to fight right away. Paq can then cancel his December fight and just focus on the 2013 megafight, whatever date Floyd chooses.

True enough. I concede haha. Though to the comment at hand if those are the real numbers match shows it looks like 60/40 floyd roughly. Which is on topic with the thread, which is what I think the only monetary amount Floyd will accept.

If it comes to that (60/40)...i don't think many would have a problem with it. I personally think 45/55 is just right. Both guys are as big as it gets in the sport, and have shown to do great PPV #'s with similar competition. Both did well with Cotto, Mosley, Marquez, and Hatton. While the Clottey and Bradley fights were no names to the masses, still wasn't bad considering it was a one man show carrying the event. Either way, because Floyd is the better showman, i think while 50/50 is fair from a popularity standpoint, Floyd is a better salesman, and can sell better than anyone else right now on hype alone, and might have a gripe about the bigger cut. Either way, I wish it was about legacy, and not dollars.
