Oh so you saying Kelly Pavlik is a far more dangerous then Andre Dirrel? Dirrel beat Froch but got robbed and Dirrel beat Abraham.

Who did Pavlik beat?an overrated Jermaine Taylor that`s who.When Pavlik fought top opposition he got his ass handed to him.

Wow Andre ward a cherry picker ? The guys last 6 fights have been against top ten opponents - tied into the super 6 tourney and fight Dawson as his first fight out side the tourney. What the **** else do people really want from this guy? The only knock is his home court but people are not complaining about bute or Abraham or strum etc... as far as the Darrel brothers, Anthony got injured and Andre Dirrel wants no part of him, Andre Dirrel is a joke to me for now, until he gets it back on track

I said i predicted that he would be a cherry picker i never said he was a cherry picker back then.Those Euro fighters he fought were made to order for Ward.Also Andre Dirrel said he wants to fight Andre Ward, how come Ward did not say ok Dirrel lets fight?Instead he`s calling a senior citizens home looking for Grandpa Calzage and he`s looking to fight that bum Pavlik.If that`s not cherry picking i don`t know what is.

And do you really want me to wip out that article of Ward avoiding Anthony Dirrel his Mandatory challenger?He turned Anthony Dirrel down before Anthony Dirrel got injured.The injury was just a loophole for Ward.

Anthony Dirrell? You are kidding me right? When he fights and beats a live fighter and becomes deserving of a fight with Ward please let me know. And Andre Dirrell? A guy with tons of talent, but doesn't even seem like he wants to fight. Name the last solid win over an legit fighter he has had? Abraham maybe? Well we know what happened there

Anthony Dirrel was his mandatory challenger for one of his belts,Why would`nt Ward not want to keep his belts?

OK so you really think Pavlik would be a better challenge for Ward then Andre Dirrel?You now you don`t,you just don`t wont Ward to take on a fighter that have a good chance of beating him.

Ward just capped off the Super Six with Dawson. Pavlik is a nice "stay busy" opponent but I don't expect it to be competitive.

That fight is never going to happen again, at least no time soon. Who would buy it? It's why both titles should have been on the line.

As to Pavlik, hey, if Ward is going to stick around 68 he has to make defenses and Pavlik isn't a bad one. Good money fight.

Seriously? What if it had been a close/hometown decision for Ward against a mildly drained Dawson? Did Shaun George earn a HW mandatory spot for ragdolling Byrd?

Ward vs. Pavlik is all right. A move up to 175 is probably for the best...

i like ward & how he stopped dawson. or should i say how dawson quit. he duzn't look bullet proof but dawson couldn't figure him out. with pavlik might b a good 1. not a spectacular fight but at least pavlik wouldn't quit. he'd keep comming & take shots as well as dishing out a couple himself. as long as he throws combos not just the old one two. might have a decision. good luck 2 both
