Serious question. How is Martinez/Floyd the same as Martinez/Ward?

Who gives a shyt about "Floyd fans"? Fuck "Floyd fans". If you feel that same way about Martinez-Ward as you do about Floyd-Martinez then why are you still hyping up the fight?
You wont even entertain the thought of Martinez-Ward for the same reasons you hype up Mayweather-Martinez. I mean wtf.
If its at 154 then fine lace up. But the difference between me and you is that Im not going to sit here and say hes ducking a 160 pounder if he fights a JMW next.
Makes zero sense.Last edited by B.U.R.N.E.R; 09-19-2012, 02:00 PM.Comment

The problem with fighters is that they never say "I am not interested in (insert fighter)". They decide to play political games and create obstacles, kinda like what Mayweather did to Pac with the testing, even if I did agree with it. Every fighter has to draw a line in the sand at some point, and that's what Ward and Martinez did. Pac did it already too when he said he won't fight at 150. Some fighters say they are open to whatever, which is always bullshit because everyone has limits. Mayweather has yet to do that, so he's always open to criticism and will always get put into fantasy match-ups. If Mayweather came out and said, "I have no interest in fighting Martinez" or "I have no interest in moving to 160", then cool. We know not to speculate anymore and fans/media/promoters can let it go.Comment
