Now this is what I am talking about! hell yeah son! I would mos def travel to the NY for this!!! This would be a great fight regardless of the outcome! I hope that this fight is made! Then Canelo can take on the defeated fighter to commence his climb to the top, which is what I expect from the kid. I appreciate his work ethic, his humility and his desire to promote boxing first and foremost above all else...in some respect, he is the mirror image of Miguel Cotto. Definite bright star for our sport!

Can someone actually find a more insane and ****** post than this????? I find it hard to believe that a post can actually stoop lower than this. This takes the case. This belongs in the ****** Hall of Fame. If there isn't a ****** Hall of Fame, Mushadeen just created the need for one.Comment

Dafuq people talking about here? Cotto can beat Martinez, no friggin' way. We're talking about P4P No.3 here, who took Chavez's punches and survived. Though if they do fight, it will be competitive one and I think Martinez will stop him late rounds.Comment

My "sauce" told me Cotto will be fighting Canelo on Cinco de Mayo. That leaves Martinez vs. Chavez Jr. for a rematch. Canelo vs. Martinez in the fall of 2013.
Martinez will only come down to 154 for someone like Floyd or Manny.Comment

No offense to Cotto who I respect and is a warrior, but Sergio would brutally KO him. Sergio hits too hard and is too quick and too strong for Cotto. It would be competitive over a few rounds but Sergio would bust up Cotto's face and stop him by mid/late rounds.Comment

You think Cotto don't hit hard...Comment

After the injuries and near final round KO, I can't blame Martinez for wanting to cash out when he can. Cotto will bring him a much higher pay day. Unfortunately for Sergio, it will also be a loss. Cotto won't run from him but engage in a war he won't be able to withstand.Comment
