A rematch with Chavez jr will bring him another career high payday, no one else will except Mayweather and he aint gonna get a Mayweather fight.

Chavez is the only one who can bring him that huge money, Martinez is old and at the possibly at the last quater of his career.
Yes, of course he wants a rematch. Why not? A big money fight against a guy who he just beat the shit out of.

Speaking from the perspective of a fan though, I don't think it's the most interesting option.

Martinez just got too comfortable. He was playing around with Chavez. Chavez needs to move up.

It's very obvious to any unbiased boxing fan that JCC showed he has the power to knock out Martinez and when he finally opened up, that was evident. The Boxing world wouldn't be talking rematch otherwise. Martinez is 37 and has reached his best, JCC is young and can learn and come back stronger in a rematch and has the power to stop Martinez.

I won by picking Martinez and I'll win picking JCC in the rematch. By the way, I'm going to be around for a long time and you're not going to do a damn thing about it...don't like it, tough **** lady, you can take your Prozak if you have an issue with that.

So Chavez waited for Martinez to get tired, break his power hand, and tear ligaments in his knee before he could hurt him?

I believe it was Martinez's jaw that JCC hurt with his fists...Oh, I forgot, Martinez can take a flush shot at range from a sledgehammer and not blink? Yea, right. ANY fighter can be hurt and knocked out.
