        Woah woah woah

I have it on good authority that the honorable WBC never ever would put a belt on untested guys like JCC jr and Canelo. You must be legit to wear the BC strap. Ya hear.

As much as I love Floyd I think Canelo will give him problems at this point and Floyd knows it.. He will lean towards retirement now... Floyd isn't interested in Martinez or Canelo. Canelo is way quicker than he seems, young, super strong, great chin and he's waay bigger than Cotto! The Cotto fight made Floyd realize that he isn't 25 anymore and weight matters.. I think it took something out of him(+ jail) personally, and If Floyd don't fight Pacquiao he will just retire...

Josesito hung in there longer then want I expected. He was way in over his head but kept pushing forward.

Canelo was just too strong and landing killer combinations. I'm glad they stopped it when they did.

Canelo didn't pick this guy, he picked Ortiz (after Kirkland and Williams).

Josesito was no match for Canelo, but that's irrelevant.

Ortiz was up for the shot, and Lopez beat him. He beat the man and deserved to take his place. Josesito earned this ****ing shot, it doesn't matter how you feel about it. To the victor go the spoils, and the winner of Ortiz/Lopez was supposed to be Ortiz and was supposed to fight Canelo, period.

And he couldnt pick anyone withen 14 pounds and in his own weight class?

That excuse works once, maybe twice but this is the story of canelo's career.

And no, josesito-ortiz wasnt for the shot at canelo. It was contested at 147 and was suppose to be an easy tune up for ortiz. I mean how can a 147 fighter and a 140 fighter be fighting for a shot at the 154 champ?

Everything about this fight and Canelo's career has been spoon fed

I seriously try to like Canelo but facing a top 30 JWW years into your "Championship reign" is bull****, i dont get how anyone can support it

lopez didnt deserve this beat down.... it upsets me to see how he was treated by his handlers... he shouldve never been in there with alvarez who has above average power @154. lopez was wronged tonight no matter how much they paid him.
