This fight was difficult to watch related to the size difference. I want to see Canelo vs Cotto/Floyd. For some reason, I think Canelo has a REALLY good chance against Mayweather @ 154lb.

Josesito was no match for Canelo, but that's irrelevant.

Ortiz was up for the shot, and Lopez beat him. He beat the man and deserved to take his place. Josesito earned this ****ing shot, it doesn't matter how you feel about it. To the victor go the spoils, and the winner of Ortiz/Lopez was supposed to be Ortiz and was supposed to fight Canelo, period.

Ortiz wasn't deserving of the shot. Lara and trout say hello!

To be completely honest, I had a hard time watching Canelo/Lopez. I was cringing throughout the fight in uncomfortable anxious anticipation. The size difference was absolutely too much, and dangerous for Lopez. Alvarez is a beast of a fighter, but I am absolutely ready to see him face another fighter HIS SIZE. That said, his punches had surgical accuracy and he is such a composed fighter, it's hard to believe he's only 22 years old. Looking very forward to seeing him again. But GBP needs to make sure and put him in there with a natural super welterweight. Josesito is a warrior and he should be proud of his brave performance.

On a side note, I loved seeing the convicted rapi$t Morel get the **** kicked out of him by the unbelievable high volume Santa Cruz. Wish his corner would not have stopped the fight so he could have been brutally KTFO. I got so sympathy for the spineless ***ual predators of the world.

So when does Canelo actually step up and fight an elite fighter who is actually in his weight class? This win did nothing for Canelo except boast his ego a bit more. When will GB take the diapers off this kid and let him go into manhood? I felt bad for Lopez but we all knew the guy had no chance what so ever to win. He did not even have a punchers chance. The fight was not even interesting to watch because it was so uneven.

We will never know how good Canelo really is until he steps up to fight a solid opponent at his actual weight. I must say this though, he is improving a little and I honestly feel he can knock Mayweather out.

Come on now? Were you really that surprised? This always happens, people always talk shit on a fight but they still end up watching it. Take for example Pacquiao vs Mosley. It's that boxing itch a person gets, they can't help but scratch.
