I'm done giving Dawson the benefit. He makes anyone that has any faith in him out to look like a sucker when he doesn't even show up. All came down to ring IQ. Chad doesn't have it. He's done against any fighter with a brain.

P4P No.1. Ppl are gonna whine and say Dawson was drained... I dont think he was at all. Ward's style totally outflanked Dawson. He wasn't drained, he was outclassed. Perhaps he wasn't his best at 168, but he wasn't far from it at all. Ward is just that good.

Dawson totally dominated completely lost his legs in the 3rd and then never fully recovered but the question is...who is next?

Well, at least we don't have to worry about home town cooking, do we? Lol.

I'm not going to sit here and say the drop to 168 couldn't have affected Dawson.

I don't think it would have mattered, to be honest. Ward is just the better fighter. PERIOD.

Dawson should have never come down. His legs were shot. This is the reason I wasn't going to make a decision until I saw him enter the ring. Weigh-ins don't give you as much as being in the ring and I saw in the first round his legs were gone. Watching him with no legs reminded me of how Morales looked against Pac the third fight, how Chris Byrd looked against George, weak legs. But most people won't see that because they know nothing about body language and boxers body react to losing weight. Great fight by Ward, I wish it would have been at 175. Chad has been hit by harder punchers and responded better, Ward isn't a puncher so that pretty much tells you there. Again, great fight by Ward he did a marvelous job with what he had in front of him. But I'd like to see it at 175
